How much does one box cost?
There are 3 ways to get your Cogo Crate.

2. Annual Subscription $80 per Cogo Crate (billed annually at $320): When you purchase 4 Cogo Crates (delivered quarterly), you'll save a bit of cash AND you be the first Cogo Crates shipped out! You get 20% off the regular price ($400) as long as you have your subscription = $320 and Free Shipping!

Can I choose my selection?
No need to! We take all the guesswork out of shopping for the right game for your group.
Our experienced game masters carefully curate our Cogo Crates based on thousands of customer reviews and personally play-testing the games.
This provides us the ability to deliver your hand-selected box at a great value and ensures consistency in quality and availability.
Why should I get a Cogo Crate subscription?
Subscription services take the hassle out of figuring out the right games to play for your family, considering ages, attention spans, skill levels, and interests.

What if I already own the games you send me?
A lot of our customers like to give games away as a gift! Now you don't have to shop for that last-minute birthday party your kid got invited to. 😉

Which option should I choose?
If you love surprises and want our expert recommendations, choose the quarterly subscription and save 15%.
If you are committed to family game nights, choose the annual subscription to save 20% and get first shipments sent to you before we run out.
If you are a realtor purchasing for your clients, grandparents sending a fun experience to the kids, or if you just want to try out a box without subscribing, go for the one-time Cogo Crate.
BILLING
When will I get charged?
Once you place your order, you will be billed for your first Cogo Crate.
Quarterly Subscribers will be billed every 3 months on the same date for the same price.
Annual Subscribers will be billed every year on the same date for the same price for 4 more quarterly boxes.
You can always skip, pause, or cancel your subscription by logging into your account to update your subscription.
Will I be reminded when my next box is shipping?
Yes of course! Our #1 core value is integrity in all things, and we do not want people to feel stuck in a subscription.
We will email and text you one week prior to your billing date so you will have time to update your subscription.
What payment methods does Cogo Crate accept?
We currently accept credit & debit cards from US issuing banks such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal with a valid US billing address.
SCHEDULE
How often will I receive a Cogo Crate box?
We currently offer 1 frequency option: 1 Cogo Crate delivered every 3 months (4 boxes per year) and 2 billing options (billed quarterly or billed annually).
We will be expanding to more frequency options in the future. Please email us and let us know what you prefer: fun@cogocrate.com.
When will my first box ship?
Once your Cogo Crate subscription is activated, our game experts will get started on your first box right away.
New subscriptions can take up to 7-10 days to be curated and shipped.
When your first Cogo Crate is ready, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Your next box will arrive 3 months later. You will be billed on the same date every 3 months as the date you signed up (or annually if you choose the annual subscription option).
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! You may pause or cancel your account at any time. Simply log in and choose the "Edit Subscription" option.
Click the "Additional Options" link to "Skip" your next scheduled shipment, "Pause" your deliveries for 30-90 days, or "Adjust" your subscription commitment.
In the event our game experts are in the process of curating your box, your account update will be reflected in the following shipment.
You may also pause or cancel your account by emailing customer experience at fun@cogocrate.com.
We are available 9AM – 6PM PST, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
Can I cancel my subscription?
If you prefer to stop receiving Cogo Crate, please email fun@cogocrate.com at least 3 days before your subscription bills to give us time to cancel your subscription.
Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any previous boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge.
SHIPPING
Are there any shipping fees?
For any frequency of Cogo Crates, shipping is always on us! Cogo Crate offers free shipping in the Continental US on all orders of $85+.
For smaller game orders under $85, shipping is a minimal $6.90 or $9.90 depending on weight.
Do you ship internationally?
Cogo Crate is currently only available within the 48 Contiguous United States and Military addresses for free. If you are located elsewhere, please email us at fun@cogocrate.com and we can calculate the shipping fee.
What method of shipping does Cogo Crate use?
Cogo Crate uses UPS or FedEx SmartPost; with SmartPost packages are typically delivered by FedEx. However, sometimes they are transferred to USPS for final delivery.
Delivery typically occurs between 5-7 business days after you receive a shipping confirmation email.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns and refunds?
We do not offer refunds or returns, however we do have a unique exchange policy.
If you receive a game you already own or one you do not wish to play, many of our customers like to give the box away as a gift! Experiences make great gifts. ;)
And as a bonus for gifting your box, we are happy to offer you a $20 credit on your account after you send us a picture (evidence!) of your group playing that game.
If you prefer not to send in a picture for credit, we are happy to offer an exchange of the game once you return the game to us at 109 E. State Street, Suite A, Redlands, CA 92374.
Returned items must be unopened and sent back in their original condition. A portion of your refund may be deducted for items that are not returned in new and sellable condition. We are not responsible for returns we do not receive.
Can I exchange for a different game?
Of course! We understand that some items may not be to your satisfaction. We offer free exchanges once we receive your item shipped back to us, unopened.
Exchanges will be processed once the item(s) are received at 109 E. State Street, Suite A, Redlands, CA 92374.
Note: we can only exchange games once per box. A portion of your refund may be deducted for items that are not returned in new and sellable condition.
